Fornebu Utvikling is a real estate company focusing on investment and development of residential and commercial properties. The Group seeks to develop, sell and supply attractive, high quality residential and commercial properties to the market. The Group currently has development projects at Fornebu outside Oslo (Norway), Hinna in Stavanger (Norway) and OPUS in Odense (Denmark).
The company is listed on Oslo Børs with the ticker code FBU.
In connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting 10 November 2009, the decision was made to change the company name Scandinavian Property Development ASA (SPDE) to Fornebu Utvikling ASA (FBU).
This name change will take place 1 February 2010. The company’s ticker at Oslo Stock Exchange will from the same date be FBU.
